A great set up where coaches, if needed, adjust the work out to your abilities. During the work out they keep track of your well-being. It’s about reaching your goals in a way that is safe and healthy for me. Once you get your first classes in, you know you are in the right place, you are welcomed in the Orange family 🧡

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the packages that are available for fitness classes. I loved hearing how all of their workouts are designed by Kinesiologist and Physiotherapists. You definitely get a good workout with their Fitness trainers.
I went for my complimentary class and it really worked my body out in a good way. I was able to gauge my results with the heart monitor they provide for you to wear on your wrist. I did a mix of treadmill and floor exercises for one hour. The music was upbeat and the people in my class were very welcoming. I would highly recommend Orange Theory Fitness to anyone who is looking to get into shape. Thank you again for a great start with your exceptional facility!

Orange Theory is my favourite workout. Every muscle is used, routines are always interesting and as challenging as you want them to be. With a coach there to ask questions and guide your workout, you learn how to jog, row and use weights properly. There is such a sense of accomplishment when you finish a workout and I look forward to that ‘nailed that’ moment before the workout starts. I find this work out as good for my mental well being as my physical well being!!

OTF coaches and staff are the best, I have been a member since the beginning and my experience is that they always put their members first. They are welcoming and have allowed many of us to build our own OTF community. I have met so many wonderful people and at the same time received fabulous fitness instruction. Thanks for all you have done to adapt and continue to serve your members during these trying times.

The staff and owner provide top-notch customer service, making every member feel like the special individuals they are. The coaches are motivating and inspiring. The workouts are always different and interesting, and they enable you to test your fitness limits no matter what level you are at or how you are feeling on any given day. All you have to do is bring yourself and listen to the coach. If you can do that, you will be rewarded with an amazing workout and a great feeling of accomplishment one hour later.
