I had doubts as my 2018 sportage was out of warranty and was not supposed to be covered as I was told by multiple people in service. Then Landon gave me a call and got an update on the situation, told me what I needed to do in order to have the chance to get the warranty coverage. So I did, not expecting to get it done as my warranty recently expired but somehow got a call saying it was approved however I had to wait 6 months for the parts to come in. Landon helped me trade out and got me a great trade value even though the vehicle won't be ready for a while. Thank you Landon and Lethbridge kia

Super happy with how everything turned out!

We are getting our very First Car here in Canada, we just tagged along with our friends and tried if can be approved to have one at Kia Lethbridge. We were approved with their cheapest one, but while waiting for some documents we were offered a better car with better payment option. Biggest thanks to our agent, Landon! Landon Cronk was absolutely amazing! He made the process of getting a new vehicle stress free and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Had a really good experience at the Kia dealership in Lethbridge. Landon helped us and he was so polite and not pushy at all! Even though we decided to go with a used Nissan instead of Kia that they had at their dealership, he was very encouraging in what we wanted and didn’t push us to go for a Kia. He also tried to understand and give us time to go through our budget and figure out what was best for us. He also tried to find us as good of a deal as he could! I truly recommend Landon to help find your vehicle, we felt like we knew him for years and he made everything super easy and understanding. He also checked in with us after our purchase to see how everything was going and if we had any questions or concerns! As for the dealership itself, very clean and friendly staff! The only thing that I would recommend is when talking about buying vehicles, it shouldn’t just be the price of the vehicle that is talked about biweekly or monthly pricing but the cost of documentation or any other costs that are added on to the price before even signing or getting approved. Almost like a quote, so that the purchaser is not taken off guard by anything and knows exactly what each cost is for and why. 😀
