Mr. Lube + Tires

I had a negative experience with this location hears ago but decided to give it another try. Kelsea provided amazing service and was very friendly and helpful. I ended up needing a coolant service which I didnt expect but it was quick and I felt they explained it to me thoroughly and also did not pressure me to have it done. Will definitely be going back.

Techs were very knowledgeable, explained every step of what they were doing, and even shared what they observed in the pit that could become a long term issue. Highly recommend to anyone!

I ORIGINALLY WENT IN TO GET AN OIL CHANGE WITH A $10.00 OFF COUPON. HOWEVER WHEN
TYRELL CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND MY OIL HE INFORMED ME THAT I REALLY DIDN’T NEED AN OIL CHANGE YET. I SINCERELY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT HE WAS HONEST ENOUGH TO TELL ME THE TRUTH AND SAVE ME THE COST OF THE OIL CHANGE. IN ADDITION HE FILLED UP MY WINDSHIELD FLUID AND SAID HE WOULD PUT THE COUPON IN MY ACCOUNT SO I COULD USE IT WHEN I DID NEED ANOTHER OIL CHANGE. IN THIS DAY OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MANY BUSINESSES IT WAS REFRESHING TO FIND SOMEONE SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I CERTAINLY WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE.

The technicians were quick and very friendly. Asked about warranty and directed us to follow up with dealership for some issues to resolve that were still under warranty. Great experience!

I was provided excellent service from Tate and the other staff members. They were quick and thorough, and were honest about what my vehicle needed/didn't need replacing. They were also very personable, which is always appreciated in the service industry. I would definetly bring my vehicle back here again and recommend this Mr.lube to others.
