Super happy with the service I recieved! Even though they were super busy doing "end of the year" work for schools, they made sure that they fit my little name plate request in. They also took the time to ask questions about the smallest details. I definitely will refer this company to others. Thank you again!!!

After a very stressful series of events a death, a robbery, a police investigation, and an ordered urn which was very late.. We finally get to lay our friend to rest this weekend thx to the help of this amazing business who is personally staying late to get the urn finished in time for the service!!!! Without staying late our friends urn would not have had his name on it! I can’t thank this team of wonderful people enough for their help, compassion, and understanding! Thank you sooooo much! ❤️❤️ I’m beyond moved!!!

This place is amazing! Customer service at its best!!! Everyone should go here for customer service training! Doug and Sarah were so helpful and friendly, they totally went out of their way to engrave a couple of mugs for our Christmas party last minute. Keep up the great team work! We will be back!
