“It gets busy here 11 am to 3 pm. I love this place, but for some strange reason they do not give out napkins when you have coffee or food and when you go up to get a napkin they are not visible. You have to ask for napkins or you won't get. I spilled a bit of soup one day while in there an it was an ordeal because I had to ask for napkins. This is a regular thing at this location only. The coffee is always hot and tastes good. The workers are good people, friendly and work hard. The napkins are an issue, but that's not something that changes the overall experience. Keep up the awesome work. Bathrooms are clean. They have some soft booths, if you need that.”

“The service at this location is best. They recognize my partner who just moved to Lethbridge for work and I ( I go there once a week). The Tim's we go to everyday in Calgary do not recognize us!!!!!! It's the best feeling in the morning when they know who are. This location is the best I've seen so far. Hats off to the staff. “I did my daughter’s birthday party there in January. It was very reasonably priced, and they didn’t charge for a couple of extra kids which they could have as per the contract. Super flexible and great customer service. We had some food allergies and they tried really hard to accommodate. Such a gem of a place!”

“I adore this Starbucks location in particular…I come 2-3x a day! The staff really understand how to connect with their customers and often draw or write lovely messages on my cup which makes me feel valued. A special shout out to Carolyn who handled a tough situation with grace this morning; the espresso machines were down - something that was totally out of her control, and she shared some really great alternatives to my usual drink. Instead of being disappointed that my drink wasn’t available and leaving with no coffee, I tried another great option. Keep it up!”

“Best Nicaraguan breakfast around! Amazing coffee, their brunch is only open on Saturdays (for now), amazing fresh food, the portions are QUITE plentiful. I particularly enjoy the fried cheese. 10/10 would go again. Update 1 Year later: My partner and I regularly go here for breakfast/brunch almost every weekend for the last year. This place is STILL amazing, they've added a few items to the menu which are great. The quality is still top notch and portions are great, there was a price reorganization of some menu items but I don't mind in the slightest, I personally think they should be charging more, I don't want them to go under or anything. I still recommend this place 11/10”

“It's rare I go anymore, but when I do I'm just meh about the entire transaction. The food lacks what it used to be, but I think that's on the company itself. The drive through service severely lacks. Stating the total and throwing a pinpad at me is the norm. It takes a few more seconds to greet someone and say your total will be $x.xx People pay for an experience just as much as the product and the low quality product does not make up for sub par service.”

“This was the first Tim Hortons I was at. They have awesome coffee and the breakfast food add dessert was really good. They are very busy but they are efficient and I was in and out in no time. If Tim Horton had a place near me I wound be a regular. I didn't use the drive through but it seemed like it was moving fast.”

“Every time I get a coffee in the morning, I get a Triple Triple, and sometimes I will get a Farmer's Wrap. I always come to this location. Whenever I go during busy hours, my coffee is as if they did not add sugar. A Triple Triple should be sweet but it is bitter and usually tastes as if they only added cream. This could be due to the workers being in a rush and not stirring the coffee sufficiently or just pure neglect of adding sugar to the coffee all to save a few seconds in the drive thru. The food is usually okay. But since they've gotten "fresh cracked" eggs, the eggs, in my opinion, have been gross. Sometimes looking green. I only recieve good coffee seldom when going there late when there is no one else in the drivethru. I have probably gotten 100 coffees since January, and 90% of them have been sub par.”
