Yes, they go by the appointments. Because they receive tons of trucks. If the dock is empty you can get out of the dock in less than an hour. They let you use the washroom. Just be nice because it’s employees only washroom.
One star is deducted because their property is very icy.

Be prepared as this place is by appointment only. Make sure you call ahead.
After sitting docked for almost 45 minutes with a scheduled appointment they realized maybe they should unload me.. This was over an hour after I had checked in with their office etc..

I love this dog food. The ingredients are better than some things humans eat! Champion pet foods also supports local rescue groups, which is great to see.
