I first met Ryan while renting. My landlords were very happy as am I. I’ve dealt with him on numerous occasions and he’s always prompt, polite and trusting. Not trying to sell you on unnecessary repairs or replacements as well. Highly recommended.

First of all WOW! I can’t even begin to thank Ryan and his “helper”. They had to switch out a furnace in our garage that was a safety hazard. Not only did they replace it they had to switch the placement of the furnace which now provides better heat distribution. The professionalism and care to detail was amazing! The job was done with such care and with a reasonable price, that I would without a doubt recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for a heating problem. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Our furnace went out Friday night and was repaired on Saturday. Service was fast, well-explained and the furnace is now fixed. I was very grateful that when the fist fix didn't take, a return appointment happened the same day. Excellent service and will definitely be getting the new furnace installed from Rhino Plumbing.

Ryan @ Rhino Plumbing replaced our old hot water tank. When we contacted him, he answered all our questions, provided a reasonable quote and offered to come on the same day even though it was late in the afternoon!
When working on replacing the tank, we were amazed by his professional knowledge, quality of his work and cleanliness. He also used high quality materials/parts, checked everything and even replaced aged shut-off valves. The final bill was exactly what he quoted us.

The day after the install we noticed small issue with water droplets on the tank. Ryan came back to check it, contacted the tank manufacturer and got it all fixed under the warranty, so we didn't have to pay extra!
Overall we had an excellent experience dealing with Ryan and will be contacting him in the future with plumbing related jobs. So happy to find somebody reliable and friendly!

I called Ryan first thing this morning when I realized my furnace wasn't working properly. He was able to make a same day appointment and even double checked that I had alternative heat so my house wouldn't freeze up before he could get here.

Once here he was friendly and knowledgeable and able to get my heat going within a few minutes. He was also able to offer suggestions for the future and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any future concerns.
