Allen went above and beyond, listened, negotiated in good faith, no hidden agendas, was on top of every detail to get what we needed. Showed a genuine interest for us to get what we needed, knowing that it wasn't going to be his biggest pay day of the month. Good people doing an awesome job. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a realtor in the area.
