We have been with Northstar for almost 4 years and absolutely love it. Our facilitator, Glenda, is top notch. 😊

There are some wonderful supportive teachers here and my oldest daughter experienced a beautiful grad ceremony with Northstar. Having just switched to a new board, I am discovering the support and accountability that I feel Northstar lacked.

From a student's perspective, NorthStar Academy is an absolutely phenomenal school. I felt incredibly privileged to do NorthStar for my grade 11 & 12 high school years after having a bad grade 10 experience at a Christian school in Red Deer, and I SO wish that I had discovered NorthStar sooner. In my 2.5 years with them, I never had a single issue with any of their staff. They were knowledgeable, professional, understanding, so accommodating, and consistently pleasant to interact with. I noticed very quickly that they take both their faith and their jobs seriously, and I was so blessed by the result of that. While I struggled with academics, many of their high school teachers went out of their way to make sure that I had every opportunity to succeed, and I graduated from NorthStar in 2017.
NorthStar has a fantastic receptionist, and incredible high school teachers. In addition to great staff, they provide the opportunity for students to get to know their online classmates, which I loved.
I for sure recommenced trying Northstar Academy!!

Been doing the PBR program for 5 years and have had zero issues. They are supportive and kind.
