Sam is such an amazing young man called him to get my sewer line unfrozen and he was able to do it immediately. I went to meet him at the farm when I found out I didn't have brakes on my son in las vehicle so I called him to let him know I wouldn't be able to get there that day and he offered to pick me up and return me to my daughter's. When he picked me up he even checked the brakes and gave me an idea of what was wrong. On the way he was so kind and listened about my rough week I was having. I can't thank him enough. Unbelievable service! Came out with little to no notice on a Sunday night (10:30 pm) and continued to work until 1:00 am to solve our frozen sewer line.
