I had a table break on me the other day mid groom. Yikes. I emailed CGD and they quickly replied and tried to help determine the problem. LOVE this place! It was my second time ordering and I was thrilled with the customer service I received. You can tell they really value their patrons. CGD is also the only supplier I could find carrying Hydra products within Canada and boy howdy, let me tell ya, that stuff is GOOD.

AMAZING!!!! As a long time business owner, I understand the importance of great customer service. That being said, Josh & Joanne go above and beyond any client care that I have ever experienced. They listened to my frantic call, walked me through trouble shooting the issue with my tub & shipped me out the necessary part all within 31 minutes. At 5:30 pm EST the part was shipped from AB and I received it this morning at 11:00 am EST in QC - all because they were so quick to respond to my need.
