I would like to share an experience, I have had with Tim, and Superior Road Cases. I approached Tim, to build a custom road case, for a guitar I was having built by Wildman Guitars, here in Sudbury , Ontario. This case, is to protect a custom built guitar, an investment, north of $6000.00. I had discussions with Tim, and he was extremely knowledgeable about his products, and very clear on the services , he provides his customers. At no time, was I ever left in the dark. Tim sent me a spec sheet, he required for his NC Lathe, to cut the foam, for the interior , of the road case. I sent it to him , once the luthier, had measured the dimensions, of the custom built guitar. Tim built the case, and sent it to me last week. I took it to the Luthier, to ensure the fit was correct. The case was Perfect, and the guitar fit into the custom cutout, like a hand going into a custom glove. Outstanding Job !! By Tim at Superior Road Cases. These folks built us a custom road case for a computer recently, and it's great quality. Done perfectly to spec and exactly as robust as I had hoped! Will be doing all my case ordering here from now on.
