Diane is amazing and has the most warm and welcoming space! If you haven’t booked in yet I highly recommend that you do! At the time I was having pretty terrible neck and shoulder pain which was really limiting my range of motion. She started out with a thorough assessment and from that focused in on the muscles that were causing my issues. Afterwards I was given specific stretches to do at home and in no time was back to my regular self. Thanks so much Diane for helping me out! I can’t wait to come back! 😊
