Bauer Meats

I used to love buying elk steak from Bauer Meats at the Farmers Market. The quality of meat is so delicious. I have to say, myself and my partner have discussed and will no longer be purchasing elk here. The woman who runs the stand is not personable or helpful at all. Everytime we stop in she has a scowling look on her face, with arms crossed and just leans against the wall. We are always asking about different products and she just points and says over there... its so unfortunate because we love these steaks. Sorry Bauer Meats.

Just bought two steaks from Bauer Meats from the Symons Valley Market. We got a ribeye and the seasoned tenderloin. These steaks were so good! Melt in your mouth, so tender and very flavourful. Would recommend to anyone and we will be buying again!

Bought some smokies, pepperoni and jerky at the outdoor show in Red Deer. Amazing!!!
