I must admit that when I first went for a message, I thought that I would feel uneasy, since I had never gone for a massage before. I was absolutely amazed at how much benefit that there was to my overall physical and mental health.
The Therapist, "Hannah", made me to feel completely at ease from the first moment I arrived. I have since gone for many sessions and I can truly and honestly say that Restorative Massage Therapy really does do just as their name says, Hannah the owner and therapist, did completely restore the muscles and nerves of my upper arm that had bothered me for some time. I now have no issues with the muscles and nerves of my arm. I give her 5 stars as she is that good.
Hannah is a really great massage therapist and is able to put the perfect amount of pressure! She also gave me a number of stretches to help inbetween sessions and was able to answer any questions I had.
