They run a very good business, which is much better than there competitors, Smith Trucking.
First of all, they usually have the same lady at the front desk, and she is very kind and generally knowledgeable (and if she is unsure she will find out).
Secondly, there pricing is reasonable, not too much to say.
Third, three times I have had loads delivered. Twice was down a driveway which was only a few inches wider than there trucks, with a small retaining wall on one side, and my house on the other. There drivers took the time necessary to ensure that they were clear and safe in all directions, including checking for overhead lines, which they surprisingly spotted a small overhead data line. Good news is if you are experienced in machine operation, and you try to assist by directing them with common hand signaling (unlike most of Smith) they will actually pay attention, and as long as what your signaling makes sense they will do as you instruct.
I have had no problems so far.
