“I’d give Newell Automotive a 10 if I could. When my husband’s truck battery died, and because of issues with the power locks in the truck we couldn’t get in the truck to attempt to boost it. Carl came to us, found a way to open the hood, installed a new battery so the fob could open the locks. Talk about going above and beyond!!!!
