(January 4, 2022, 11:12 pm)Best beef purchase ever. We purchased half a cow about 3 months ago. Between our Weber for BBQ and Traeger for smoking we've had no disappointments! Love the cuts, packaging, texture and flavours. We understand the benefits of grass feed and finished for the health of the cattle and it really feels like the meat is nutrient dense... clearly it is very flavourful. No hesitation to give Gemstone 5 stars for the product and service.
