Patio was lovely in the evening. Friendly servers and yummy pizza. We tried a flight of spirits, and tried some of the more obscure ones. Lots of power, be warned! Good cocktails!
Our team spent a weekend in Rolling Hills hosting a hockey tournament. The owners and staff at the distillery opened specifically on a Saturday to host our team. Despite being inundated by an influx of hungry teenagers and entitled big city parents, they stepped up and did a great job. The service was great, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and the pizza’s were excellent. Their specialty cocktails and selection of liquor, and on tap beer, is top quality. IMHO Pivot Springs is worth the drive for a pizza, a ceasar/ and or a beer.
Just wrapped up a hockey tournament for a group of teenagers in Rolling Hills Alberta. Stumbled upon Pivot Spirits on google and reached out to the owner to see if they'd be willing to host roughly 40 people between games. They weren't open for the requested time, but Lars- the owner, was quick to offer an early opening time just for our team and to bring in extra staff to accommodate us. When we got there, we were met with friendly staff and delicious food. The pizzas were fantastic. And of course, the adults enjoyed the featured cocktails they served there as well. The trio flight they offered was great value and gave us a chance to try different spirits out. And lots of Christmas gifts were purchased there as a result of the great cocktails they served! Thanks again to Lars and Rachelle for the excellent overall experience. It was a true hidden gem and I would recommend to anyone in the area to give it a try.
This place is worth the drive to get there. Their gins and grain spirits are crazy delicious. As are the onion rings and pizza. Darla the bartender is knowledgeable, funny and surprisingly single. We will put this stop on our next trip to Alberta
Fun drive on a Saturday to this little hidden gem. Great ambience, friendly staff. Family owned, they grow their own grain for the distillery. Great food & drinks. The wild card pizza, which changes weekly is a must try....you never know, the most unlikely combinations turn out to be delicious! We'll be back!
