(August 14, 2020, 2:41 pm)Super friendly staff. I was looking for mennonite farmers sausage. They have a farmers sausage and a mennonite sausage both made in house. The story according to the lovely lady working is that the mennonites provided the recipe for the mennonite (farmers) sausage, but they had to differentiate the name from their inhouse farmers sausage that they were already making. I will definitely be returning and plan to track down their Calgary location.
(October 24, 2018, 2:52 am)Spragg is a great local meat shop. The people here enjoying showing you and talking to you about what they like and are always nice even with strange requests. If you get the chance walk in and you'll be happy leaving with some amazing pork.
