I called Rod during the hottest week of the year in a panic because my AC was leaking water all over. We never had AC before moving into this house 4 months ago and didn't know what to do. He knew what the issue was came over within the hour to fix it. We had a clogged hose (it was gross!) so the water couldn't drain properly. He showed us how to maintain it periodically and answered all our questions about our furnace and AC. He was professional, kind and thoughtful. I will be calling him again should we ever have any issues or need any work done in our home. Thanks Rod!
