Reid was excellent to work with, his plan was clear and detailed. Sessions involved lots of hands on work as well as progressive exercises. He was a great listener and was motivated to help me reach my goals. He was also a pleasure to chat with. He really focused on getting me back to running long distances injury free in as little time as possible, didn’t want to waste my time or money. Highly recommend Reid and Momentum, every single staff member was super friendly, kind and helpful, especially when I had to bring my little ones with me. The running assessment Reid did was the cherry on top and I’ll definitely go back if I ever need PT again. Thanks!

I worked with Eva on my degenerative disc disease. She was knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my back and how we could improve my quality of life. She set realistic goals, which we achieved.

Hello had 3 issues to deal with and Sabrina methodically choose 1 at a time and built upon that. She was great producing exercises to accommodate me even when I went to on vacation and adopted my exercises into the Pool. She recommended an occupational therapist too attempting to try that too.
All in all i am much better and have continued my exercises at home daily. Thank you so much.

Stephen and the staff are top notch. I have seen them for 3 different problems. The last one I was very concerned that the goal could not be achieved but there was no doubt in Stephen mind that he could do it. He was right and I’m so happy. It’s a treat walking in and everyone knows you by name. They all worked so well together to get me back to where I needed to be. Thank you everyone. Keep up the fantastic work

I went in Momentum with a walking stick as I couldn’t even stand straight let along walk. They brought me in right away and Stephen worked began working his magic… about an hour after getting out of there, I was actually able to walk on my own.

We went on from there and in no time a was back to my old self.

From Paige upfront, to Stephen with treatment and Henrik with exercises (plus all the other staff that I’m forgetting) the experience was outstanding. Always tried to accommodate your schedule and getting the most out of every session.
