My journey with the hearing aids started with a visit for a hearing test, which was done quickly, and easily. And it was determined I needed hearing aids. Belinda was and excellent guide in starting a WCB claim, and then subsequently ordering my own. She gave my the use of demo ones until I received my own. I tried out various fits, which were part of the follow ups. All in all, and excellent service

Often I've found audiologists and hearing aid practitioners to behave more like sales people than healthcare professionals - not Belinda though. The hearing aid business has turned quickly into an upselling industry where you can quickly get talked into believing you need to spend thousands more than required. I visited various centers before seeing Belinda at Hear Right Canada in Okotoks. Belinda was extremely kind and respectful. Best of all, she did absolutely no upselling and put zero pressure on me to purchase from her. She made it very clear the return policies to ensure I felt completely comfortable with the purchase I made. As a young woman, getting hearing aids might have been a blow to the confidence, but truly Belinda made the whole experience pleasant. I'm sending everyone I know to her for honest opinions and recommendations.
