Hypnosis for Health and Happiness

I am attending Hypnosis for Health and Happiness in Castor for weight loss assistance. I am going onto week 3 in the program and am really enjoying it. In just two weeks I am seeing myself in a whole new POSITIVE light which has never happened before! I find it easier every day to make healthier choices that are bringing me to my small and long-term goals. I look forward to the next weeks ahead as I continue with Hypnosis for Health and Happiness!!

Hypnotherapy is helping me change my mind set and change my negative thoughts to positive ones. The hypnotherapist Trisha is motivating me to eat healthy and exercise as a part of my everyday life. She always makes me feel comfortable. She taught me to self hypnotize myself to look positively at the challenges ahead! I love the group class that occurs once a month! It's great to learn new strategies from Trisha and be motivated by the other people in the Weightloss group. Thanks!
