The Team did an excellent job on our bathroom and surround installation. The finishing is beautiful and it is evident that they care about high quality workmanship. They brought all their materials and removed our old tub and all the old tiling without any damage to our home or any garbage left behind. The owner came to help the crew finish in one day so they didn't need to drive out again the next day on the terrible winter roads. We appreciated that he obviously cared about the well being of his employees, which is likely why the employees do such a great job for him and their clients.

Our family hired Bath Solutions to remove our old tub and tile and replace it with new wallboard and a soaker style tub. We made this investment three years ago, to improve the quality of life for our family, especially for our teenaged son who lives with disabilities. We are so pleased with our decision!

We were impressed with every step of the process! Gaylene came to our home to discuss our needs, showed us some options and provide an estimate. Once we made our choices, she provided a computer image of the intended outcome and a date to complete the plan.

Kaden arrived on time, in a positive mood, in spite of the fact that there was a terrible snow storm! He put down drop cloths to protect my floors and got straight to work! He made it look so easy!He brought our vision to life, before our kids got home from school that day! I couldn’t believe, it looks exactly like the picture! The final bill came in a little under the original estimate.

Our sons care needs changed and now he requires mechanical lift support. Only 3 years after our bathroom renovation, an accessibility assessment recommended re-installing the bathtub to add a 4 3/4” clearance under the tub for the use of a portable lift (best suited for a home like ours, with vaulted ceilings).

We called Bath Solutions back to provide us an estimate. I expressed my regret and frustration over the extraordinary, uncovered costs related to making our bathroom more accessible. They offered understanding, noting that it would not have added a lot additional costs to plan for the clearance, the first time around. However, it would take another full day to remove the tub and reinstall with the required clearance. They are not responsible for our changing needs, yet they promised to provide a fair estimate.

My heart nearly exploded when the owner, Greg Brewster, called me to tell me they would return to raise our tub, at no cost! I can attest, not only does this company deliver the quality experience they promise, they do it with heart!

We a beyond being satisfied customers! We so are incredibly grateful for their charity! Our quality of life increased substantially today! We don’t have to bend or lift as much, our son is safer, and we can all enjoy the pleasure of a soak in our beautiful bathroom! I can already imagine, I will feel a warm wave of gratitude each time we use it!

We are looking forward to reimagining our en-suite bathroom with them in the future!!

We love our new beautiful bathtub/shower! Our reno was not a typical install and required some extra work. Bath Solutions still got it done in one day. Two days later we thought there was an issue with the install but Greg came out right away to take a look. Turned out we had a preexisting hole in a basement pipe. Greg fixed it for us at no extra cost so we wouldn't have to mobilize a different plumber. That kind of service is rare.

We are very happy with our new bathtub and the service. This is a very professional and efficient contractor.
