Absolutely great customer service. We use delivery tech for medical equipment and we haven't had one issue yet. As far as I know, we haven't had one late delivery, and Neil is always quick to respond to any issues we have.

I can’t say enough positive things about this companies service.
Even though my items were small, light, and harmless, I needed them delivered, in the correct order, over 12 days as a surprise. Each item was gift wrapped, and I didn’t have to repackage or cover them up to be delivered.

Even though the recipient called the company and questioned the delivery people, the details of my identity were kept confidential.

All 12 gifts arrived in a timely manner, with no breakage, and looking as lovely as they did when first wrapped.

Very reasonable rates, and very pleasant owner and staff to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Well done Delivery Tech and thank you.
