It is always so nice to have an experience with a company who places emphasis on customer service. We were having issues with our cistern/pump and Ernie was more than willing to help and went above and beyond our expectations.
He was quick to respond, eager to advise and managed to find and fix our issue.
Ernie was professional but also friendly and personable at the same time.

Great customer service!

I have used L&B twice now. I called him yesterday and he was able to come to our house this am. I was concerned about our tank but he checked it and said there was nothing wrong. He did not charge me at all! He had put in the tank in 2014 and I am glad to find out that everything is running well. I will definitely call him again if we need any well services. It is so nice to connect with someone who so responsive!

Ernie was amazing! I called him on a Sunday as my well pump was cycling faster than I thought was normal. He walked me through a few things that I was comfortable doing to see if that would fix my problem and save me a few bucks. His directions over the phone fixed my problem. I was so impressed as he could have easily charged me for a service call to fix a problem that I did myself. If you need well service please call Ernie, you won't be disappointed.

Knowledgeable, polite, Dennis and Pat had my well pump changed out and my water system back up and running in no time .
