Amanda was great! She came to our facility to host an exercise class that our senior residents thoroughly enjoyed. She was engaging and fun, with a smile constantly on her face.

I have always struggled with my weight. I tried all kinds of diets and just couldn't keep the weight off long term. I have been doing the 90 day total body transformation with Amanda. With her expertise as a health coach she really helped me find the root of why I kept going through the yo yo cycle. I also found the habits to consistently exercise and find balanced eating for my body type . I feel so much better, more energy and more confident in my body . I highly recommend PureFit.

Training with Soraya is always a pleasure. She gives me motivation, positive energy, and is always so helpful and understanding.
