Parking good. Staff freindly. Nice store. Parts Prices then competitor but what can you do....
I went there looking for chainsaw supplies. They had what I needed. And the prices were very fair. Will be making this my stop for all my Stihl products from now on. Thanks for the great service.
Rob Hutton was very helpful and knowledgeable, excellent service, really quick and easy experience. Had exactly what I was looking for. A definite 5/5
Very friendly staff. Quick to help solve my issues
UPDATE October 5: Brandon and Marion made this right.
I was called by the service manager, Brandon, asking how we can make this right.
They paid for the transport company to come and get the tractor so they could do the work that we wanted/expected in the first place.
The hoses are made in house and the workmanship looks amazing! The attention to detail is apparent. Hoses are firmly in place with metal brackets or zip ties. All tucked away neat and tidy. No leaking. The tractor came back cleaner than when it went in. The bucket works now!
Plus, my favorite thing...they promised long and delivered short! We got her back quickly and earlier than expected.
It speaks volumes for a company to come to the table and workout a solution. Thank you Brandon and Agriterra.

First of all, July 31st our tractor was hauled from our place to their shop; we got it back Sept 3rd. Our son-in-law knew there were a few things wrong and rather than me talking to them about things I don't understand I asked that he call them and explain what we want. He called on Aug 3rd and spoke to a woman in the service department and asked if they would replace all the hoses and check for leaks, check the bucket dropping, check the power steering issue as well as replacing the hydraulic pump. She said that was all part of the inspection and would check it all once the new hydraulic pump was put in.
Her tone with him made him feel like he was annoying her.
Well guess what. The pump is in, but the bucket is still dropping, and the power steering was clearly never even looked at were sure and from what we can tell, there is one new hose.
I asked them at the beginning of the process if it was even worth fixing this old tractor that I had inherited and was told “of course!”
$8000.00 later and I can’t even move a bucket of topsoil from one spot the next without loosing a bunch bc the bucket is still dropping and won’t stay up.
I followed up asking what can be done as clearly there was some missed communication, and I haven’t heard from them since.
It literally brings tears to my eyes…all that money and I can’t get the work done I need to as expected. ☹
