Wow, I can’t really explain what a great experience it was dealing with cross-country overhead door. I called with a bit of a garage door emergency. He was super friendly and positive and offered to come out that night or first thing the next morning and by that I mean 6am! I left my garage unlocked and let him know he could get to work, he texted me when he was done, I etransfered him and all my problems were gone. That’s the kind of service I love. A stressful problem turned into something I didn’t even need to get out of bed for. 10/10 will use again.

Had a spring fail on my garage door one morning, these guys came out that day and repaired it. We decided to have them replaced so they didn't charge for the repair and came back a week and a half later to replace both OH doors (new track and everything). They were quick, professional and genuinely nice people. Arnold was great to deal, communication was smooth, they showed up when they said they would and the price was extremely fair! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.
