Moms Canada

I was asked to speak at a MOMS Canada Empowerment Night about self-love and confidence, and how important it is to have both present in our lives. I gave tips on how to start incorporating more love, confidence and acceptance into their lives, as well as providing them with a snippet of my journal prompt book for them to work on.

The moms were very open to what I had to say, and were very interactive as well. I loved every minute of getting to know a little about each mom and really enjoyed seeing them all support each other.

From what I could see, MOMS Canada has created a very uplifting and positive community, and I am honoured to have been a part of that for that one evening.
