Absolutely incredible service in the service department. Courtney went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down. Neil was amazing and got us all fixed up and in the road again. Highly recommend them for any service you might need!

Where do I start.. we live 10 hours up north from Castle Ford, and we have been shopping inter-provincially at many different dealerships, including our local ones with nobody being able to sell us the specific vehicle we wanted that meets our incredibly high standards.
We had left an inquiry message on their online platform at like 10:30 at night, and was not expecting a response from them till the following morning at the earliest, but to our surprise, we had received a response almost immediately with answers to our questions.

Corey was the gentleman we had dealt with that evening and the following morning. With this dealership being so far away and us not being able to physically see the vehicle, we ended up spending quite a bit of time communicating via text, phone call, and even a video conference call. I appreciated the live video interaction, as it seemed to close the distance gap between our locations, and helped to create the much needed trusting relationship.
We had to put our faith in Corey to describe the vehicle and every imperfection that it had. He not only gave great sales expertise, but had immaculate skills in helping us through the financing component of this journey towards what makes absolute sense for my family!
Here’s where Corey shined to where I am certain is above and beyond everyone else I have ever dealt with in this industry… He worked hard at selling us the vehicle, he killed it at the financing part, and he literally drove more than 10 hours up north to hand-deliver the vehicle to our doorstep with a full tank of fuel and EXACTLY in the condition that was described! We quickly signed papers and his awesome partner picked him up. Here is a perfect representation of company that I will firstly, absolutely do business with in the future and secondly, STRONGLY recommend others to allow Castle Ford an opportunity to do business…. …maybe ask for Corey?!? 🤗

I've never been a fan of castle ford and had many issues over the years. I will publicly say the only reason I've changed my rating from a 1 star review to a 5 star is Kevin Olsen. Kevin is one of the best service guys I've met and makes sure you are satisfied 100% before you leave. I can't say I've dealt with a more kind and straight up guy. In my opinion Kevin keeps castle ford running and as long as he works there I will be bringing my trucks in to have serviced.

I had purchased a tremor F350 and was from out of province. Clayton had even came in on off hours to allow me to see the vehicle and take it for a drive. Corey from finance had also made the whole process very painless. Thanks guys!
