Myles is unreal. When I bought my generator he took the time to run me through not only how he assembled the unit but how to do all the maintenance but that's only the tip of the iceberg.

The generator had a manufacturer defect which we didn't find out until obviously after I got it home. I don't live in the area but still I called him to see what he thought. Over the phone he pretty much diagnosed the problem but unfortunately there was nothing I could do. I took it to a yamaha dealer in my area when I got home and got little to no help with trying to get the generator operational before a trip I leave on in less than 2 weeks.

Myles then reaches out to me a couple weeks after just to "check in" in which I gave him the low down on what had happened since our last conversation. This dude offers to lend me one of his generators so that I wouldn't have to go on my next trip without one. He literally told me "I take care of guys that take care of me" and if this isn't how I want every business transaction to happen I don't know what is.

Class Act, 10/10, would shop here again, would recommend a friend.

They were absolutely fantastic, they fitted us in last minute when we had some issues on a road trip. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and fixed our vehicle with no issue and a very reasonable price. They even gave our kids ice cream whilst we waited. Highly recommended!
