Soo Sushi Pincher Creek

Best Sushi in a while and in Pincher Creek, of all places. The owners are absolutely amazingly kind, friendly, and great sashimi portion sizes. Wow, the place is just beautiful on the inside. I loved dining among all the beautiful, healthy plants.

I admit we, our group went in a little apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. It took about 5-10 minutes to be seated but they managed to put a table together for our group of 8. Service was good, though the food came out in waves rather than all at once and the food was excellent! From the ramen, to the soy lemon chicken and each of the sushi rolls, I would highly recommend eating here for anyone stopping in Pincher Creek. So delicious!!!

We just moved the area and were slightly skeptical about sushi in such a rural community but it was awesome! The service was great and the food was delicious. We didn't know they have an AYCE option on Mondays, so we will definitely be back for that!

Located across the street from our hotel, we wanted something easy and close by after a day of hiking. Honestly, I wasn't ready for how good this was going to be because it was legitimately great sushi! We ordered a bulgogi beef dish as a back up and we really didn't need it. The tempura was super fresh and crunchy! All the rolls we ordered were so good and the star order was the salmon nigiri.. the sushi rice is properly seasoned and the fish portions were really generous! Service is so friendly and they really try to make you feel welcome.

Quite reasonably priced and affordable, delicious sushi! The fried tempura rolls were especially delicious! As well, although this is not sushi, their katsu is very good too! It was fried quite nicely! The restaurant is quite spacious with many comfortable seats, so it is a great place to visit with family!
