After waiting for another company to help us out. and having my phone calls and our texts put on hold. We asked around and some recommended General. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. They treated us with the upmost respect and fixed our problems in a timely manor. Nick the tech was excellent. He was in our park and worked overtime to help us out. He went above and beyond to find the problem and fixed it right on the spot. Thank you so much
