Human Translation: My human has taken me here to play window games with residents. I like this place! Everyone is so nice. 4/4 paws.

I have been an active volunteer for a year and a half. Most of my experience is with the recreation department. They are always thinking of new activities for residents to participate in, and are very conscious to make them adaptable to all residents. One of my favorite past events was when a staff member hosted a BBQ lunch in her own backyard. Other past events have included live musical performances, Olympic games, Beauty Day (hair and makeup done, professional photos taken), mall trips, restaurant visits, picnics at local lakes and scenic drives. Many of the staff members here have a big heart and true compassion for their residents. Bethany makes a conscious effort to make sure its residents’ lives are as ful-filled and healthy as they possibly can. If issues arise, they are very proactive. I also want to give a big shout out to their fantastic custodial staff, especially during the COVID times. I will continue to volunteer here as long as I can because of the wonderful staff and residents.
