John is very personable, efficient and extremely reasonable! He was able to repair a very large, heavy blind in our house that we would have otherwise paid a small fortune to replace. John repaired 3 of my cellular blinds within 2 days. He also measured, ordered and installed a new cellular blind. It took 10 days from when it was ordered to when it was installed and was half the price compared to the quotes I received from other companies.
