(October 26, 2021, 6:54 pm)I used the roadside assistance phone number today and found out after an hour that I had not been logged into the system so I had to repeat the entire process .. here's some suggestions specific to this incident
AMA should:
consistently ask if the vehicle is running and if there is a pet or child locked in the vehicle as this affects the customer's status on the service list
provide the customer with a confirmation number to assure request has been logged into the system; furthermore this confirmation number can be used as a one-step process to access the status of their request -
