Brook is so efficient!! She knew I was looking for a new phone for my son. She called when there was an awesome promotion on. And it just happen to be perfect time for his birthday. Brook is so personable, fast and willing to help. She made it so easy for me. Even when she was off shift she arranged for me. So a shout out to Mac who changed my SIM card and a shout out to Jordan for porting a number. All great service under Brooks guidance.

Hands down the best service I have ever received from a wireless department. We were in Red Deer for an appointment, and needed to get new phones. BROOK helped us out immediately, and had fully completed 2 phones within about 20 minutes. Typically takes about an hour, I've been getting my phones through Walmart for 10 years.
