(January 22, 2021, 10:39 pm)I purchased a down winter jacket that arrived with a cut in it. I dropped in on a busy Friday afternoon and spoke with Dabi. She was so friendly and helpful! The material of the jacket and placement of the cut made it impossible to patch or sew back together. Dabi was able to seal the cut with glue right on the spot, she saved the jacket and did an amazing job. I am a very happy customer.
