He showed me the shoes that were available of the category I was looking for, and further helped me find more specifically what I wanted. When they didn’t have what was looking for, he was very willing to look up a couple things on their website for me and he encouraged me to look at their website online for more options. I was able to find exactly what I wanted on their website, it came quickly to my house, and it was significantly less expensive than their competitor.

I called the store, and a man was able to get everything sorted extremely quickly and was able to pick up right away before I started work, just as I hoped! :)
