Initially Jason was very helpful and gave me a detailed explanation and also suggested I treat for spiders ahead of cleaning which I did. When I returned home I acknowledged the house looked many times better than it did initially and also noted a few areas where more attention was needed due to grease and whatever substance they used left residue. He advised he would come back and wash by hand which is over and above the standard service. I paid the invoice in full based on the agreement we had and have not heard or seen any of his guys at my residence since.

Just make sure expectations are met from both parties before proceeding and when he says some “spider poo” is Impossible to remove, that means all of it.

The job was very well done. Good people—good result.

Jason came soon after our call to give a quote. A very personable individual, Jason was thorough and detailed about the job. The employee who did the work was friendly and efficient. Photos before and after were provided. Wow, in 7 years in this house we were never able to make the gutter shine on the inside. Highly recommend Gorilla Property Services!

I was very happy with the services provided by Gorilla. As well as window cleaning I had spider webs and wasp nest remnants removed. Also had the gutter faces, fascia, garage door and downspouts cleaned. They did a great job and my house looks fantastic. I recommend Jason and his crew and will be using them again for regular cleanings.
