M & K Home Sales - Red Deer

We had such a wonderful experience building our new home with M & K in Red Deer. The entire process went very smoothly. I was able to fully customize our floorplan. Our home is beautiful, made well, and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Randy is such a pleasure to deal with. If you're in the market for an RTM or modular home, I highly highly recommend you talk to them!

Kelly and the girls in the office were always inviting, and patient with us spending many hours figuring out our custom designs! The team that hauled out the modular was fantastic.
There was a couple of small things in the house that got mixed up but James and Randy were quick to get them sorted out without questions! Ed, the contractor did a fabulous job correcting the mix up for us and we couldn’t be happier!
The quality is second to none and we have had so many compliments on the house!

Everything that was promised came true. They are a fantastic company. James and bev were great to deal with. They went above and beyond. I Highly recommend them. We have lived in our new home since June of 2017 and have had very few issues. They were repaired very quickly with one call. Thanks again guys
