It's alright. not the best selection of mens clothing, staff are pretty good. good area aswell

Had a hard time finding clothes for my teen son and received some great help and ended up finding just what we needed. Great service makes such a difference, wish I would have got her name to properly give her credit, thanks for making it easy.

Shout out to Kyle, the team lead! He was super helpful and friendly. I'll return again just based off of the amazing customer service he provided to me when the store was super busy for back to school.

They have cute clothes but unfortunately they always seem out of size small, and sometimes medium. I wish they would order more smaller sizes because this seems to be a consistent problem. Frustrating when you find such adorable clothes but nothing that fits. I think part of the problem is there size small typically fits more like a medium a lot of the time- so I believe a lot of people are buying small that maybe wouldn't normally. Hard to say though.
Staff are always helpful if not busy.

Store was well organized which made finding what I wanted easy.
Very pleasant staff, were helpful with my 81 year old mom.
Old Navy always has great deals on good clothing.
3 classic t-shirts for under $60....a great bargain.
Special props to the young man and woman working the tills on St. Patricks Day afternoon.
Joking with myself and my mom made her day.
