Andrew was great about explaining my options and, fitting me into their busy schedule.
From initial phone consultation to setting up my entire system, I cannot say enough good things about Ram's team!
Ryan and Xander were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and, were patient when explaining the key features of the system, once they had installed it. They went above-and-beyond in order to ensure that I completely understood my system and, how to set the app up on my phone.

We have been a residential client for years after having a horrible experience with their competition. the last few years we have been using an APP to control our security, manage the heat in our home and have access to our camera's and we love it. RAM alarm has always been accurate in their pricing, their prices are fair and they stand by what they tell you. I have most appreciated their ethical and honest business practices. You will not be disappointing using them for your residential alarm services!
