RT Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace died, in -30 weather. RT were so fast in getting to us and Matt and Jesse were amazing with installing the new furnace. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but RT. Matt and Jesse went above and beyond! Thanks guys!

RT was professional from start to finish, we had a multitude of things done including a new water tank, furnace, humidifier, solace filtration system with UV lighting, In floor heating separation to meet code from current set up, Air Conditioner, reverse osmosis, duct work, dishwasher install, new kitchen faucet and plumbing, laundry sink install and plumbing as well as duct cleaning. This was all completed within a 3 week period provided there were no emergencies during the cold snap. Tom was excellent communicating times and ensuring if anything came up to inform us of the changes. All the guys on his team were professional, friendly, smiling and kept a positive attitude and answered all questions I may have had regarding the installations. This is our second time using RT and we are happy to use them again based on our experience!

These guys are great. They are very nice and easy to talk. They explain everything so well that it is easy to understand what they are doing and what is going on with the furnace or A/C. They do a good job every time, whether it is maintenance for my A/C or maintenance of my furnace. In December 2021, they came and cleaned the ducts, vents, and furnace. It was wise to get those cleaned because it got wickedly cold and the furnace ran a lot. Lol

We got a new furnace, garage heater & duct cleaning from RT over the course of a month. Tom was amazing through the entire process, he was very attentive and making sure all our needs were met. Each of his techs that came to my house were very professional, clean, and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. If you are looking for any HVAC services, don’t look any further than RT heating. Overall a great company ran by a man that understands peoples needs by providing excellent customer service & knowledgeable, respectful techs to get the job done! Great job RT!

We had our very old furnace replaced last week and we are so very glad we went with RT Heating. Tom came and gave us an estimate, thoroughly explaining what we would need to do to bring everything up to current code. He was very personable and we were comfortable with his recommendations. His quote was very comparable to other companies, (in fact lower than some,) and the charges were broken down so we had no "surprises" once it came time to pay. Matt and Nelson were our installers and I cannot say enough about their work. They were very personable, professional, accommodating and their attention to detail was outstanding. When they left our home was spotless. We will definitely use RT Heating for any future heating and/or plumbing needs.
