They were very pleasant on the phone, (and didn't make me wait for a call back that never came like another place) and they were friendly and easy going in person as well. They payed better for my friend's old car than any other scrap place would, and they helped us take the wheels off when we got it there so we could keep them. They will also come pick up your old car if you can't haul it. I absolutely recommend using them for scrapping your old vehicle.
