Our storage experience with Sentinel was great. While our site didn't always have an attendant on site (self-serve), the one time we needed assistance, someone responded from the main site within minutes. Negatively, there is no bathroom on site. A porta-potty would make a lot of sense at this location.

We rented two large storage units and loved everything about it. Access times were great and the easy code to get in and out made our move so easy.

We have stored our RV at Sentinel Storage Red Deer Northlands for 3 months now. During a recent visit to the facility I had a conversation with a Sentinel customer at the gate (I was coming and he was going). He stopped to tell me about an incident that had just occurred a few minutes earlier. Apparently they observed two people ‘jumping’ the fence while he and two of his friends were unloading furniture. To his pleasant surprise, the RCMP appeared in short order despite the fact that no one in their party notified the police. Apparently the fence jumpers were detected by CCTV by Audra at the downtown location!
