MOW VALUE LAWN CARE

I was a wait-listed customer this year, new to MowValue and the experience was high quality. Stewart was very efficient; he responded promptly to texts, demonstrated an exceptionally strong work ethic and followed through exactly how he said he would. Our yard took some time and he let me know that next year the price would be a bit higher. Appreciating the work involved, I offered to pay more but Stewart said “no,” I honour the price I quoted. It’s a labour intensive business and likely hard to find good help but his employee was also excellent and hard-working. I saw how Stewart respectfully offered him feedback and although his expectations were high, he interacted with his staff in the same manner he dealt with me as a customer. I’m so pleased with the work and as Stewart said, “I like to enable people to enjoy their yards,” we look forward to living well in our clean and refreshed outdoor space. I had some horrible dead spots in my backyard from my dogs and the trampoline. They let me know when they were coming and where very aware to not let my dogs out of the yard. Most times we didn't even know they had come. My yard is now a beautiful carpet of green with no dead spots to be found. They were quick to answer any questions I had about how to care for my lawn. And showed up exactly when they said they would. I will definitely be getting them next year

In a world where customer service has become obsolete, Mow Value showed me that there's still hope! Besides the prompt callback and courteous manner in which Stewart carried himself, the fact that he took the time on Canada Day to work on our lawn says it all. I've already referred him to one of my coworkers. Thanks again Stewart.

Our lawn is the best looking lawn in the close thanks to MOW Value! His spring clean is immaculate, attention detailed and never disappoints. He is easy to reach and always responds quickly to any inquiries, calls or texts! Great value and great work!

I heard about Mow Value from a friend last spring and gave them a call. They fit me right in, fertilized my lawn & added me into their weekly mowing rotation, showing up each week without fail.
