Been going to OTBB for a while now. My boxing has improved immensely over the months and every workout is tough but fun! Would recommend for any skill/fitness level.
I’ve done martial arts at various places over my life, training with devon is the best time and really practical useful skills with boxing, I’d highly recommend him to anyone considering going into boxing or really with anything, Devon is a knowledgeable guy.
On the block boxing fitness is an incredible place to train. Devon is a very accomplished coach who knows how to push and motivate you in such a supportive way, it makes you want to keep coming back.
Attended my third strength and conditioning class at On The Block Boxing today. Each class has been completely different than the last, nothing repetitive and such a great workout. You won’t be bored with the workouts here! Thanks Devon for you words of encouragement and pushing me to my fullest potential. Highly recommend this gym. No matter what level of fitness you are at, you will be accommodated and applauded.
I felt stagnate training at my regular gym, and started training with Devon at On The Block both for strength and conditioning as well some boxing. Having little to no knowledge of boxing, he was a great instructor to help me get more competent in the moves etc while having fun and a really good workout.
